Re: New Year Meet - Crianlarich 28 Dec - 1 Jan
No that is 4 nights, arriving 28th, departing on the 1st. We can ask for extra nights for given number of beds if people want them though :) Yes, my maths was wrong. You remember last NY meet, when the best day was the 1st, when everybody was leaving? What a bummer, especially for VH who I recall b...

So that's travelling back on 2nd? A Thursday? Anyone working Friday? Would it not seem sensible to stay up until the weekend? What's the score with staying on?

Re: Gower mark II, 26-28 July
Regrettably, it now looks like Lucy and I will not be attending. I need to head to Liverpool to sort some stuff for my mum. Bummer!kudos wrote:Yarp, me and L will try to attend. No Dylan as camp site doesn't allow fun!
Have a good one,

Arrival
Hi again,
Myself, Lucy and Ruth land at around 8:30 in Belfast. We'll get some shopping on the way if space in the hire car allows, and intend on heading straight to the camp site (1 hour away) to pitch up. So should be there about 10:30-11:00.
What time are others expected there?
K

If you've got any space.....
Hi folks, So myself and Lucy (and Ruth) are flying out to this meet, and as a result aren't able to bring that much comfy camping gear. I appreciate how quickly the car fills up, but if you find any camping chair shaped spaces (plus the chairs to fill them) then you would find one/two/three very hap...

.............. Depends how good the surf spot is, and surf conditions could be pants during the short window that we're there. .................. Surf season for Morocco is typically winter, Jan/Feb/Mar. Looking at the charts for September, it shows groundswell 35% of the time (vs 90% for J/F/M). Y...

Re: Mourne Mountains, Northern Ireland, 1st May Bank Holiday

Hey Ruth, Only just seen this. That would be fine I''m sure. The car was the cheapest (and therefore smalles...

Malc, shush, don't tell anyone else, but it's sliced chocolate log layered with tinned cherries layered with (diary free) cream, repeated.avmaestro wrote:The non-diary option sounds interesting. Some sort of chocolate "log" maybe?
