Faba-daba-ding-dong,
Please count myself and Lucy in for the sausages. We'd prefer the veggie option if that's possible.
Ta,
K

Re: Mourne Mountains, Northern Ireland, 1st May Bank Holiday
FYI, just booked flights for myself and Lucy.
Landing Belfast airport about 8am on Friday 3rd May, and flying out again about 8pm on Monday 6th May. Whoo-hoo!!!
We'll be hiring a car for about £60, but would consider sharing if this makes sense.
Happy booking,
Karl

Re: Mourne Mountains, Northern Ireland, 1st May Bank Holiday
If I work on the Tuesday I have to get to the office for a 9am meeting with our contractors, which I don't think I'll fancy straight off the ferry in my hiking gear :( So, I will book the Tuesday off and have a legitimate reason to delegate. You could either get the overnight ferry back on the Mond...

EXTRA DAYS
I notice lots of folk are saying that they would take an extra day. But I'm curious exactly when that extra day would be (my preference would always be the Friday since it avoids travelling up on the night before a BH). But more-so, does that mean people intend to go into work on the day that they a...

Harry, I think that's a top idea, just think it's difficult to co-ordinate with such a rowdy group......!HarryC wrote:Maybe we could have luggage cars and cars full of people and split the cost between all of us that go on the ferry? Probably a bad idea but just a thought.

What have you got against sheep lungs and stomach linings. Next you'll want us to exclude the eyeballs and ar5eholes?!?JoeGrainger wrote:....... im in for the neaps and tatties but may bring along some sausages as an alternative to the haggis for myself (and anyone else) ta.

Sorry, but I'm going to have to bail. I've got a leaking radiator in Emsworth, and need to collect a load of stuff for the Lakes meet.

Myself and Dylan would like to attend this meet.
I'd deffo be interested in the talk. Perhaps a meal out afterwards would be a good option, and a change.
Peace out,
K

Re: Raven Crag, Langdale - 14-16 sept
Another change of plan for me. I'd like bed #5. Dylan will be in the car, which I now understand will only be a short distance away (I had thought that car parts was over a mile away, hence my need to camp near Dylan).

Re: Raven Crag, Langdale - 14-16 sept
Hi, I'd like to attend this meet. But dogs aren't allowed in the hut, and I'd like Dylan there, so I'll be camping, either at the NT place or Chapel Stile. Joe - I'd suggest I drive and give yo a lift, since we are reasonably close. Malc - I'd volunteer to eat your spag bol, and even wash up. Stew -...

Re: August Bank Holiday - South Pembroke
If Watson gets his name on the list, can someone stick Dylan The Villian on it too? Also, unless Fabian and Huw have personalised numberplates I don't think they'll look any different to all of the other cars in the dark field. Weren't the Mercian stickers removed for when we went ingotnito to that ...
