I've used Cheshire Shoe the last couple of times I've had them done and I've been very pleased with them.

Oh dear. :( My HoD has got a trapped shoulder at the moment and she's been told it can take a couple of years to sort itself out. Get yourself down to the docs so that you can start doing the right thing for it straight away as she left it for months before going.

Vicki's right. My frozen shoulder took two years to get right. Refer yourself to a physio straight away.
And maybe give up resoling climbing shoes.

Goodness, frozen shoulders sound disruptive. Mine disclocated, but the main stuff don't seem damaged, just the supporting muscles need to recover, its rattling about a bit. Physio booked for a week Monday, though in the last few weeks its started improving more and nearly there. I need learn to fall better!

Hi Huw,
I highly recommend Llanberis Resoles much better than cheshire resoles in my opinion.
