Please sign up below for 1 or 2 evenings of learning & practicing basic bike maintenance & repairs.

Based on the topics people were interested in, I'm looking at splitting the content over a couple of evening sessions in Feb. If there's anything specific that's not listed that you'd like to cover then shout and if I can I'll work it in.

Vijay is hosting, exact location and timings TBC.

Weds 15th Feb 2023 - Session 1

• Useful tools to have on rides
• Removing both wheels
• Fixing punctures, changing tyres & patching tubes
• Dealing with dropped chains
• Looking after your chain
• What a bike shop does when they service your bike (and why you should have your bike serviced!)

Weds 22nd Feb 2023 - Session 2

• Fixing broken chains
• Other common roadside issues & fixes/work arounds
• Bolts: grease, lock tight, torque + torque wrenches
• Useful tools to have at home
• Time allowing, changing brake pads

Helpers also welcome if you know this stuff already!

More info on stuff to bring (other than bikes) nearer the time...

I would like to come for both - may be slightly work dependent as I am on call on both days
