Vic and I will pitch, walk, bivvy on the summit and then fry up. I anticipate departing the campsite at 10:00pm and going up via the Watkin Path.

I'll pitch tent, walk up at night and Bivvy on top. Ascent via Watkin is a good idea due to proximity to our camp site. However, I went there a few weeks ago and the path near the top had deteriorated badly. I don't mind Watkin but Pyg or Llanberis also good options for me.

I'm staying at Ty'n Lon because of Tradfest so not camping.
Will walk and bivvy on top. Subject to Tradfest commitments, David may come too.

Bivvying on top also sounds most sensible to me (weather permitting!)

Does anyone have a spare bivvy bag I could borrow please? Otherwise I can invest :)

Cheers

I will go up earlier and bivi unless its tipping down with rain in which I suspect there will be some reluctance to go up

Walk up Watkin for me and bivvy, or if the weather's good maybe push bike up early doors and bike down, with a fat boy breakfast in Llanberis.

Lou - Matt Lewis has a bivvy bag from memory. As will Sandy

Unfortunately I've had to say yes to a recording session next Saturday and Sunday so won't be able to make it. Really sorry! Hope everybody has a great time!

Pierce & I would like to come too. If the weather is certain to be excellent we'll bivy.

I have a spare bivvy bag if you need it Lou.

Please do not book me into the campsite I may not go this weekend. I had the opportunity to sail to Lundy this week but it has been postponed due to the weather so may go at the weekend. I am a fair weather sailor and mountaineer but out of the two if the weather is bad I would prefer to be in the mountains at least the mountains do not bounce up and down!

I'm up for bivvy on top if the weather is decent. If anyone can offer a lift from Brum that would be super. Working Friday but flexible finish time if folk want to set off early.

That's fine with me Vijay. Anyone and everyone is welcome on camping meets, and it'd be nice to see him again.
