I can only stay for Saturday night and I will leave after the fry up on Sunday morning. I am only there for the food, beer, dancing and for course the good company!

Top tips...

Parking is a bit limited next to the hostel, but you can park down in the village and walk up. It is well worth being efficient with car sharing.

The Slater's arms is just down the hill, and does good beer & food.

You can bike the Climachx MTB trail straight from the hostel (it is a mile down the road).

If the hot weather returns, it might be worth bringing swimming stuff. I've gone for a splash in the ice cold river/stream after biking before, and the beach isn't all that far a drive (although it is probably more of a paddle as it tends to be windy/tidal).

& There is a heritage Steam railway.
