Is it the usual smart dressed up Annual Dinner dress code or the casual 60 year bash approach?

Alan. We will have to take the lead from our Chairman and Secretary. They may choose 1940 dress code I have still have my "Dad's Army" uniform. Just a thought

I think we can go with "smart" for the dress code. Make of that what you will, but I'll be wearing shoes, trousers, a shirt, tie and a nice jacket. Vic will be sporting some sort of dress or a skirt. Let's say jeans and trainers will be frowned upon. Hope that helps.

Hi Naomi. I like your "leave cars at the pub and get a taxi back idea", so does Vic.

So far there's 5 for a taxi back. Any more, bearing in mind Roland's kind offer of a lift for 4?

And Jake would like a taxi too please. I can fit 3 more people in my car to the pub as well. Or we are both happy to go with Roland. Which ever.

I will enjoy Saturday evening without alcohol and thus can offer lifts for up to 4 there and back.

I am aiming to be at the hut at about 2:30 pm on Friday.

So checked forecast and as much as I like board games I'd rather climb. We're planning on staying in Sheffield Friday night and then come over on Saturday evening. That's two less for the shower at least!

Does anyone fancy coming to Awesome Walls on Saturday?

And yes, we're still looking into a taxi. This maybe one 4 seater doing 2 runs or a larger one. Don't know yet. Time will be around 11.15pm (around last orders).

Hi Naomi, if I'm not too late to be added to the taxi list that would be great! Thank you :)

Hi Naomi
If you are booking a taxi try the pub first they will know local companies. In the past I have known staff give lifts to good customers or share staff taxis home.

Yes, David spoke to the pub already. They confirmed that advanced booking was advisable.

Hello. Can I book a taxi too please if there are no other spaces in cars?

Is anyone leaving Birmingham around 7pm and coming back on Sunday after breakfast?
