Harry is having difficulties getting onto the forum too. Can you add his name for the hut and meal.

Adam, if you can't get additional space in the hut, Harry can have my space.

Hi Adam

Please put me down for dinner as long as you can get extra space in the hut.

If you can get space in the hut, obviously please put me down for the hut as well.

Many thanks

Dear Adam,
Please put on the list for a hut space and meal at the pub.
I will aim to be at the hut by lunch time on Friday.
I will not have any alcohol with the meal at the pub and will drive to the pub and back. Thus can offer lifts to and from the pub for up to 4 people.

The pub will allow you to park/campervan Saturday night in the car park if you are eating at the pub.

As there are still places left, Is it ok to bring a non Mercian to the dinner? It’s my last weekend in Uk and I’m in the peaks so would love to join you. Just after meal places, we will stay in the van.
Cheers sandy x

Looking at the current weather forecast, what do you think about getting a taxi either one way or both ways? (Could drive there and pick up in the morning )

It's something that is best booked in advance and David has offered to look into it. However, it depends on numbers.

Hi Alan

I think everyone who wants a space would have signed up by now, so the space is yours. Anyone else who signs up can make alternative arrangements.

[[Edit - I wrote the below when I had been feeling like death for several days & had become convinced that there was no end in the sight. However, thanks to the wonders of modern medicine I'm now almost back to normal and feeling a bit daft about being quite so melodramatic, though in my defense I wanted other people to have as much much notice of a spare place as possible. Since I'm still on the list, I'd be grateful to keep my spot! Looking forward to it....]]

Sorry, folks - I'm insanely unwell at the moment. Even if I'm better by the weekend I'm likely to want to spend it resting & recovering at home. Please take me off both lists!

:(

Is it the usual smart dressed up Annual Dinner dress code or the casual 60 year bash approach?
