I'm sure Adam will add the fancy details (and the price!) once he's back from Scotland but basically it's a great location for all your Ogwen and Carneddau walks/climbs. (Harry, if you still didn't manage to get up Moel Siabod at the weekend then it's also perfect for that as you could walk from the hut.)
It has a very hot log burner in the kitchen/lounge (I know because I burnt my gloves on it in the past!) and I'm pretty sure the bedrooms now have some heating as well.
You can walk to the Tyn Y Coed from the hut.
Park in the Bryn Glo car park and walk up out the gate at the back for about 10 mins and it's on the left.
I'm not sure how many places we've got but it's quite a big hut so just go on and sign up.
