Extra night people.
Unfortunately since only 4 people signed up for the Wednesday night, and 5 were required, you will have to organize accommodation for that night.
The SYHA website is worth a look.

As I'm going up on Wednesday I will be food shopping on Tuesday so if you haven't already signed up for pasta bake please do so by then so I can buy enough ingredients
