Well it looks like I'm not going to be able to come. I have tonsillitis again. So I'm lying in bed and I'm pretty certain I won't be right by next weekend.

Hopefully I will see you all soon when I'm better.

PUDDING? at Lowstern, Clapham - 4-6 March

Post by RolandNClarke »

I am thinking of doing apple crumble for pudding on Saturday. It requires cooking in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, will this get in the way of cooking the cottage pie? I am happy to make the crumble with non dairy margarine which should make it OK for vegans and those who cannot tolerate dairy.
To go with it creme fraiche or Elmlea (Non dairy).
Let me know if you are interested.

Let me know by 8pm on Wednesday.

I've got covid  - I'd still like to come if I get a negative test by Friday but that feels quite optimistic :(
