Vijay, all You can book extra nights yourself by contacting the hut secretary. There would have to be a significant number of people wanting extra nights before I would consider booking it. The meets run on the dates advertised, your accommodation before and after is your own concern. I only book me...

We have an extra space in the hut and can have people camping in the garden. I will camp so we can fit Llyn and Geoff in the hut, if some body else volunteers to camp Roland can get in as well. I'm sure Tom, Harry or Dan can take one for the team. Full Fees apply.
