Also Pauline and Brian, please.

Hi Simon

Can you please put me down for the hut.

I've enquired about taxi's, and the only beddgelert company (A1 transport services) tells me they've finished. I spoke one of the next nearest companies, '595 taxi' in Porthmadog, and they're not keen. Its a 15quid fare from porthmadog to beddgelert before starting, as its 7.7miles up the road, so its outside their catchment area.

However i'll ring around later, and see what price a company will settle for, taking into account the extended distance from Porthmadog. I'm sure we're only looking at £5 odd pp. Btw, google maps gives bedd - nant gwynant as 3.6 miles which is possibly walkable, is the hut further up? The directions are typically insightful on the website.

Let me know who's interested.

Many thanks

If I remember correctly it's the building next to the works at the bottom of the pipeline down Snowdon. You part your cars at the hydroplant (?) building and the cross the bridge and its a 5-10 min walk up to the hut.
