Annual Dinner Tan Y Garth / Cobdens 27 September

Looking at the Tan Y Garth details on their web site there are 20 spaces in the hut. Looking at the list of attendees there are 21 so far. So the hut is now full. If you are signed up already but don't plan on staying in the hut please post on this thread.

You can also camp in Capel (though I've never done it myself) or make your own arrangements to stay at Cobdens or any other accommodation if your choice.

Chloe has just emailed to nab the last Hut space but Alan has unfortunately pulled out so there's still one hut space left.

Ps could you please put your menu choices in the separate thread under social meets to make it easier to keep track of. Stew, I've got yours.

Heya, it's my birthday that weekend and I just found out my family actually wanted to do something for me that weekend so I won't be able to attend! Hope that frees up a bed space in the hut for someone that wanted it!

I have the hut key. I will be at the Club this Thursday 18th Sept but not the following Thursday.
