Hey all,
Looks like this excellent weather might break before the weekend, but I'm free and very keen to try and climb.
Peaks would be preferable since not that far to go (therefore not much lost).
Adam has expressed an interest. Anyone else?
Venue choice - well somewhere that is not a big walk in (or rather out) and somewhere good in the rain. Any ideas?
See you there?

I can do all of Saturday and the first half of Sunday, camping if required.
I can drive, but must be back in Midlands on Sunday afternoon. (by 3pm probably).

Hi Karl,
we are going to risk the weather and head up to Llanberis.

Now then.
There seams to be some interest in climbing tomorrow and some people thinking of staying over (but not me).
I propose lawrence field, as it is sheltered. Has anyone else got any where they want to go instead?

Sounds like perfect weather for mountain biking....
Failing that, I could be forced to do some token climbing.
Coming up with Tom and Beth, see you up there

Not keen on Lawrencefield as i was there about six weeks ago with Vic, Stew and Andy. Anywhere else sheltered? Wind looks to be coming from the west, Burbage south faces NW....??
Re: Climbing on Saturday 25th April in the Peak District
I'm in (and have been from the start).
I can offer a lift leaving Brum area early on Sat. I'll be taking camping stuff.
I have low confidence that the weather will remain climbale until Sunday afternoon, but if it does then I still need to be back in Brum by 3pm.
Venue-wise, suggest short walk in due to uncertain weather, but somewhere not busy. And dry in the rain would be nice.
I'm on 07725 722 512 if anyone needs to get in touch.
See you.....somewhere.

Burbage south looks ok to me. Good spread of grades and there's some looking cracks I wouldn't mind thruching up too.
