Please sign me up for Friday and Saturday nights and all food.

I will go up Friday morning but need to be back in Clent for bell ringing at 10am on Sunday I will leave 7am Sunday morning. Happy to offer a lift if this suits anyone.

I will cook a lentil and tomato soup starter on Saturday which contains -
red lentils
tomatoes
onion
olive oil
yeast extract (Marmite) contains BARLEY, CELERY
stock (Swiss vegetable Bouillon) contains SOYA maize, lactose MILK, CELERY seed
salt and pepper.
Optional cheese will be available to sprinkle on the soup.
Bread will be provided.

I will assume that everyone who signs up to Vicky's main will also have my soup.

I should be up there early eve on Friday - do people generally eat at the hut on Friday? If so, I am happy to cook/prep etc but if not I will no doubt call in at the best chippy in Bethesda on the way!

People usually fend for themselves on the Friday as everyone arrives in dribs and drabs.

Mike, given it must be a tiny amount of milk in the stock, I'll give your soup a go.

Vicky, what are you doing as the main? If it's dairy free then probably count me in.

Hi Team. I will be doing sausages in cider (courtesy of Delia) with mashed potato.

Vic, the mash is the only dairy bit. I can do some with olive oil for you no problem.

I'll probably do the shopping on Thursday night, so just let me know before then if you want in.

Vic M. I do not put milk in the stock but the stock powder does contain lactose (MILK) I am just quoting the allergy advice on the tin.
