Please sign me up for all food!

I would be up for extending the trip. Is the consensus to go early, arriving Wednesday then?

Consensus Wednesday I think. As ever, if anyone is driving up from Brum and has room for a small ginger that would be excellent :D

Huw and I would both like to stay in the hut on Wednesday. Thanks Adam

I will make a vegetable pasta bake (with filled veggie tortellini). Vic, it will have a cheese sauce on it so not dairy free unfortunately. However, if you have non-dairy cheese and milk and its possible to make it into a sauce I'm more than happy to make a separate mini bake for you!

Yes please for this thanks Beth.
Experience is a hard teacher because she gives the test first, the lesson afterward.

I will make some lamb kofta kebabs for the Sunday. I normally do them with roasted veg, halloumi, salad and other tasty stuff so it's also good as a veggie option for anyone not keen on lamb.
