Fabian, what time does your ferry depart? I'll probably look to be booked on the same ferry.

Hi All,

Also booked ferry crossing Thursday night and return Sunday evening ferry crossing (Liverpool - Belfast routes). I'll be travelling up with Amandeep. If you have excess bags, I don't mind taking a couple up(estate car).

Hi Vijay. We will probably be quite tight with 4 in our car, so if we can give you a bag or a tent or something that could be helpful! Thanks!

Ruth wrote:Hi Karl

I just looked at flights from Birmingham
one arriving on fri at 7.55am
and departing on Monday at 8.40pm

might fit with your flights if you wouldn't mind me sharing in the hire car??
Hey Ruth,

Only just seen this.

That would be fine I''m sure. The car was the cheapest (and therefore smallest) I could get, but is described as "Vauxhall Corsa or similar Manual/5 Passengers ECMN" so think it'll fit 3 with camping stuff. We can always go food shopping AFTER we've pitched up.

Can you PM me your mobile and email please, in case I don't have it.

Cheers,

Karl

Alas, this evening's search for travel options has found the following:
- Ferry, all in for 2, £456 inc cabin (which for me would be essential if I'm to be bright eyed and bushy tailed on arrival). Or...
- Fly the same itinerary as Ruth, which including flights, car, airport taxi comes in at £431 all in.

As neither include petrol, camping, etc... Vic and I have pondered, and at those prices we regret that we are going to bow out.

Hi Ruth

Just spoken with Frank(07788127730) at the campsite, he said its no problem turning up with the group or mention Mercians.
He has plenty of room at this present time for the May bank holiday weekend.
He also said can we confirm number of people attending, for those who have not yet booked.
