No running for me Sarah - I am down for sat night & Sunday only.

I am planning on biking Sunday with my friends Rosie and Adam (at Bike Park Wales) if you fancy it. Some of the runs are a bit trickier than the average trail centre.

And I am planning on dog-sitting Rosie and Adam's doggies! So probably a walk for me.

Hi all,

Myself and Lucy would like to attend this meet. There appears to be space.

We will be bringing Dylan. He's allowed downstairs, I've checked.

Beth, can we please sign up for the food.

Lucy and I will probably be walking, preferrably somewhere where there are no sheep!?

Peace out,

K
