No running for me Sarah - I am down for sat night & Sunday only.
I am planning on biking Sunday with my friends Rosie and Adam (at Bike Park Wales) if you fancy it. Some of the runs are a bit trickier than the average trail centre.

Ok I might run or climb on my way to Brecon on Friday and then will walk and do more walking Saturday and Sunday

Myself and Lucy would like to attend this meet. There appears to be space.
We will be bringing Dylan. He's allowed downstairs, I've checked.
