The next meet is nearly upon us. We will be staying in Junior Mountaineering Club of Scotlands - London hut. Some might call me pedantic, but I'm sure London is not in or anywhere near Scotland, and neither is this hut for that matter. Anyway back to the matter in hand:-
Hike - Up a hill
Bike - Down a hill
Climb - Dolmen Ridge. Anyone. Its been on the cards for a while.

Oh yes, top down compulsory. Bring gloves and several hats for the journey.

I can see that some of the Mercain tribe are questioning my legitimacy as a Mercian.

To spare any confusion, please find an attached map of boundaries of the Mercian Kingdom. As you will see Derby is within the North Mercian Kingdom.

Thus, I am a Northerner through and through, even in the Midlands

I am also keen on Dolmen if the conditions are ok and if it works out numbers wise!

Will be driving from Wolverhampton from about 5 or 6pm ish - happy to give a lift, but suspect that will be a bit inconvenient for most people??

Can you add me provisionally to this meet. Might have to cancel last minute however, trying not to.
