As it's such a long drive, Lucy and I will be heading up on Thursday, probably staying in a cheap Premier Inn in Wigan, and then up to the Lakes early on Friday. So theoretically we will be at the hut first. But since we will be out on the hill on Friday, and I'm not known for having short days, there's a chance others will beat us. Also, Brum city centre isn't exactly on our way, so not sure how we'd get the key.

There’s nothing cheap about Wigan!

We’ll be setting off at about 6:30pm so not likely to be first.

It's possible I might be up early as I have the week off and am in Wales at the moment, however same issue as Karl and I haven't finalised my exact plans.

I think I will probably be leaving from Birmingham at about 5.30pm. It is possible to be later as I am operating so can be tricky to predict.

We're also leaving around 5.30pm so unlikely to be there first either but happy to collect key if it helps the group out (and theres no better offers!)

Can I sign up? I I know it's last minute!

Curry please Vijay!

(Coming down from Scotland, so I'll be no use for the key)

I will be leaving in the morning around 10 so I will take the key to the hut from Huw and should be in the area around 1-2.
I am planning a walk in the afternoon so if anyone need a key before please let me know.
I think I should be back at hut around 8.

Please message me if anyone would like to pick key earlier or meet in the area !
