Hello Everyone

Its May bank holiday, so campings back on the cards. This year we are kicking off with a trip to Vanners campsite near Dolgellau.

Theres plenty of hike, bike, climb action in the area. As well as the sea side at Barmouth, for sand castles and ice creams.

Book yourselves on the campsite as usual. All the info you need is on the website.

Their website is not particularly informative about camping and prices are for last year. I have emailed them this evening.

I still need to get some more camping gear, but I've heard from a couple of Mercians that they've got spare tents. So, I think it should be able to borrow some for this first camping meet.

Hi Inge, I have a spare tent you can borrow. As long as it isn't chucking down with rain we'll be coming on the meet.

For anyone not in the WhatsApp group for this meet, so far Naomi, Ruth and Helen have booked pitches with the site. We have not been asked for monies in advance.

The site is hit and miss with responding so bear with them. Fees are the same as 2022.
