No Diggity - 24th July

Hi All
At long last, covid restrictions appear to be receding, and we can announce the social highlight of the climbing calendar.
If like me, you’ve still not had a need to hire and mess about with a digger, or if you’d like to show off your skills, then ink the date in the diary.
Vijay has kindly offered to host on the yard of his factory in Aston. The pub next door will be providing jerk chicken, and obviously beer shaped refreshments afterwards.
The premise is that guests can have a practice during the day, and in the afternoon a slot in which to try and complete tasks. Task such as picking footballs from cones, driving around a course, moving sand etc (If we stretch to getting a ton of sand). In the spirit of fun.
Obviously we have considered the potential for maiming / being maimed. Anyone that is interested please email me direct for the exciting detail. In short, you’ll receive guidance and assistance, and the driving area will be roped off from the bystanders.
Depending on numbers etc it'll be something like £8-10pp. Probably not enough to call the bank manager. Please sign up on the forum if interested, to allow us to make the arrangements.
