Yes it does have a feckin hot tub, and a grand piano, and a gold ceiling. Bit pricey though.

That looks bloody amazing although it does mean that we wouldn't see Vijay or the Kettle out on the hills at all as they'd be stuck on the pool table all weekend.

So this may not be as fancy as Adam's suggestion, but it might be better suited to the Mercian budget. Sea views and a hot tub, of sorts! Tremadog is 20 minutes away, and Glynllifon Park with a big old house, craft shop and a nice tea room is a good wet weather option!

Is it excessive? Very possibly.

But for a hot tub, sauna, pool table, tennis court, doorstop location to the boulders of Font and all the delightful, fresh products of the local boulangerie. Maybe that would sway you.

Yes it does have a hot tub, but the best thing about this cottage is that it's located in Barnard Castle Durham, where we can easily pay a visit to Dominic Cummings parents
