Off road mountain biking in Sutton Park. Not a huge distance but pretty much flat out on some technical ground (tree routes, deep mud, steep-ish gravel climbs, dog walkers to swerve, and dawdlers to zip past etc). It takes in 7 segments, and I got a PB in 6 of them, and then nearly threw up from exertion at the end! Just like being back in high school gym class.

Possibly my longest ride and made my difficult by there being a strong headwind on the way back.

I recall the last chairmans challenge had some amazing 4 or 5 birds with 1 stone opportunities.

There has been much discussion since about what other fun hand signs we could recreate!
